Order processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days.
Shipping - USA
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with a tracking code unless a specific tracked shipping method is selected at checkout. We currently offer free shipping for all orders within the US.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-72 hours to update once a label has been created.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control and final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
Shipping - Canada
We have currently suspended shipments to Canada, please check back in the future for more developments.
Returns and Exchanges
At this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products.
Damages and issues
We have a 3-day damaged product refund policy for products that are damaged during shipment, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a solution. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please check your shipping address after your order is confirmed. Packages returned by postal carriers due to a wrong/vacant address or orders that are refused at delivery can only be refunded minus the shipping fee. If the product is damaged on its way back to us due to wrong/invalid address, there will be no refund issued.
